You can return an unused Cipher piece within 7 days of delivery. Message us to start a return; once it reaches us, we refund you within [x] working days.
How long do I have to return a wallet?
7 days from the day your order is delivered.
What condition does it need to be in?
Unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Leather marks easily, so please try it with clean hands and keep the packaging until you are sure.
How do I start a return?
- Message us on WhatsApp ([+92 3XX XXXXXXX]) or email ([hello@yourdomain]) with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and how to send it.
- Send the piece back, well packed. Return postage is [paid by you / covered by us].
How do refunds work?
Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund you within [x] working days by [bank transfer / original payment method]. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to an account you choose.
Can I exchange instead?

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
