How do I place an order?
Add a piece to your bag and check out here, or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will take your order there.
How much do Cipher wallets cost?
Our 6 pieces cost PKR 2,900 to PKR 6,800. Each price is shown on its product page, and delivery is PKR 250 per order.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order across Pakistan: you pay the courier when your wallet arrives.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery and bank transfer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until we confirm it. If you have an account, cancel a pending order from My orders; otherwise message us with your order number.
Do you gift-wrap orders?

Returns
Can I return a wallet?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Message us to start a return.
Can I exchange a wallet for another piece?

Care and leather
What leather are Cipher wallets made from?
Each piece is cut from [leather type] and saddle-stitched by hand with waxed thread. The leather softens and darkens the more you carry it.
How long does a leather wallet last?
A well-made leather wallet lasts for years with ordinary care, and hand stitching holds better than glued seams. Keep it dry and do not overfill it.
How many cards does a Cipher wallet hold?
It depends on the piece, from a slim card sleeve to the long field wallet. The comparison page lists the card capacity of every piece.
Are Cipher wallets RFID-blocking?
No. Cipher wallets are leather and thread only, with no RFID-blocking lining. [Confirm before launch.]
How do I look after the leather?
Keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth, and condition it every [x] months with a leather balm.
Will the leather change over time?
Yes. It softens and darkens as you carry it, and the edges polish with use.
