These terms apply when you order from Cipher. Prices are in Pakistani rupees, we deliver only within Pakistan, and your order becomes a contract when we confirm it.
Who you are buying from
Cipher ([legal business name]), [registered address], Pakistan.
Orders
When you place an order you get an order number (CPH-…). Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if a piece has sold out, and will tell you if we do.
Prices and payment
Prices are in PKR and include [tax status]. The delivery fee is shown before you order. You can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer (see payment options).
Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan in [x] working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees (see shipping).
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel until we confirm your order. Returns: 7 days from delivery (see returns).
Handmade pieces
Every piece is cut and stitched by hand from natural leather, so small differences in grain, colour and stitching are part of the piece, not faults.
